OCM Suite · for change consultants with multiple engagements
Clarity that works
You look after several clients at once and spend a lot of time on the road. Your job is the intervention – and yet after every workshop you still spend two to three hours on flipchart photos, Excel spreadsheets and slides. We know those evenings from our own engagements, over many years. That’s where the idea for the OCM Suite came from. In it, you capture outcomes, decisions and next steps while the workshop is still fresh. When the steering committee asks for an update, you show them right in the tool.
Beta launching early 2027 · A founding circle of ten consultants is shaping the product.
Change work becomes visible as it happens.
An architecture that brings everyone along
Your steering committee isn’t made up of change specialists, and yet they should know within five minutes where the organization stands. The change architecture shows fields of action, phases and interventions in a single picture that everyone can follow: from the executive team to the subject-matter experts.
From overview to detail
A picture alone doesn’t explain a single intervention. You zoom from the architecture straight into the detail: goals, preparation, outcomes, and the decisions they lead to. From each detail, you derive concrete work packages, with the tasks and work steps behind them.
Your library grows with every engagement
What has worked in one engagement shouldn’t have to be reinvented for the next. Turn the architectures and interventions that have proved successful into templates, and reuse them for your next client with a similar starting point.
What we stand by
A workshop is only the beginning.
After every intervention, you note in a few sentences what landed with people and plan the next step. That’s how the organization learns from its own experience.
The backstory belongs at the table.
The reorganization three years ago, the change of leadership in sales: you record what the organization has already been through before you plan the next intervention.
What sticks, should stay.
Whether a change truly takes hold or the organization slips back into old habits after a few weeks is often only decided in the follow-up. Follow-up interventions start right there.
No model fits every organization.
Every organization is different, and yet you don’t start from scratch every time. Whether Prosci, Kotter or your own approach: you start from a proven template and adapt phases and fields of action to the engagement.
Why the OCM Suite exists
After every workshop, the most important things sit on flipcharts, in notes and in people’s heads. By the time that turns into a status you can show the steering committee, two to three hours go by retyping and searching through five files. Those are the hours we’re building the OCM Suite for.
We come from consulting and from leading change initiatives ourselves. That’s why the OCM Suite is being built together with the consultants of the founding circle.
The OCM Suite is the tool we wished we’d had back then. Now we’re building it. Together with consultants who know those evenings just as well.

Ten practitioners shape what the OCM Suite becomes.
The beta starts in early 2027. Until then, we’re building the OCM Suite together with ten practicing consultants. For you, that means: free participation, a direct line to the founding team, your requirements in the product, and the founding price after the beta.
Who we’re looking for: Change consultants who run several engagements in parallel and want to help shape a tool.
What you bring: One feedback conversation per month and candid feedback – even where something doesn’t fit.
The Suite is still pre-beta. In the first conversation, we’ll tell you upfront what’s live today and what’s direction, and talk through the terms for after the beta.
Your place in the founding circle
Before we decide together how to proceed, we’d like to spend twenty minutes talking with you about how you work today. One sentence on what you’re currently working on is enough to start. I’ll get back to you personally within 2 business days, and we’ll arrange an intro call.
A look at the difference
“Any project management tool can do that.”
A PM tool shows tasks and their status. We’re interested in something else: the history an organization brings with it, the goals the people involved set for themselves, which intervention followed which, and what actually changed as a result. That’s not a checkmark next to a task. It’s the course of a process.
